("Silverbullet" or the "Company")

 

Exercise of Options

 

Silverbullet, a provider of digital transformation services and products,
announces that it has issued, 20,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to an exercise of options at an exercise
price of £0.01 per Ordinary Share (the "Option Shares").

 

Application has been made for the Option Shares to be admitted to trading on
AIM ("Admission"), and Admission is expected to occur on or around 17 October
2022. The Option Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing
Ordinary Shares.

 

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be
15,936,687. As the Company does not hold any shares in Treasury, this figure
may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the
Company following Admission under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
