India's Sinclairs Hotels rises on considering bonus share issue

** Shares of Sinclairs Hotels  SINL.BO  rise 8.67% to 200 rupees 
    ** The hotels and resorts operator said on Tuesday a board meeting will be
held on Friday to consider a proposal for bonus issue of shares
    ** More than 100,000 shares change hands, 2.2x the 30-day avg 
    ** Stock extends YTD gains to ~91%, on track to gain most in a year since
its listing in Feb 2005
