** Stock hits its highest level since January 8

** The copper explorer acquires advanced district scale lithium project from Rio Tinto's unit in Minas Gerais, Brazil

** Says acquisition cost of $500,000 with a 1.75% net smelter return royalty

** About 47 million shares change hands, 69.3 times the 30-day avg

** Up 20.5% YTD, including the session's moves
