* Says it will issue 500,000 shares through private
placement to a
Saitama-based dispensing pharmacy chain related holding company,
at the issue price of 1,000 yen per share, to raise 500 million
yen in total, with payment date on Oct. 18
* Proceeds to be used for M&A fund
* Says the Saitama-based firm will raise direct stake in the
company to 18.6 percent and will become the second biggest
shareholder of the company, effective Oct. 18
