interest rate of 1.675 percent
* Says it will take out a loan of 200 million yen from
Kita-Nippon
Bank, Ltd, on Sept. 28, with a term of five years, and interest
rate of 1.80 percent
* Proceeds to be used for operation fund and M&A fund
