 Capital Repayment Payment Date

 

Further to the announcement released by the Company on 10 December 2025,
Steppe Cement has made a Capital Repayment on 23 December 2025 of USD4,350,000
in cash, paid in GBP, representing 1.5 pence per ordinary share of no par
value each.

Terms used in this announcement, but which are otherwise undefined shall have
