Steppe Cement Ltd ("Steppe Cement") has received notification that Apollo Asia Fund Limited acquired 2,590,000 ordinary shares in Steppe Cement at the price of GBP 0.25 per share.  After the purchase, Apollo Asia Fund Limited's interests represent 27,023,789 ordinary shares or 12.34% in the issued share capital of Steppe Cement.
