Purchase of Shares by Family of Director

 

Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Steppe Cement Ltd ("Steppe Cement") advises that the
Family of Javier del Ser Perez bought 300,000 ordinary shares in Steppe Cement
at 31.7 pence per ordinary share.  Subsequent to the purchase, the Family of
Javier del Ser Perez holds 18,543,115 ordinary shares or 8.47% interest in
Steppe Cement.
