passed at the

Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on Friday, 25 July 2025.

 

The resolutions for the AGM were as follows:

 

Resolution 1

To receive and adopt the audited financial statements for year ended 31
December 2024.

 

Resolution 2

To re-elect the following Directors who offered themselves for re-election:
