Cancellation of Buyback Program

Substrate AI (AQUIS: SAI/SAI.B) announces that, further to its announcement
released on 26 January 2024 regarding the Class B buy-back program and
pursuant to the discretional authority granted in said program to the Board of
Directors of the Company, the Board has decided to terminate the program. The
Company notes that during the period that it has been in force, the Company
has not acquired any class B shares.

The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of the
announcement.
