Feb 13 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Friday:

** Alkem Laboratories'  medical devices unit will buy a stake of up to 55% in Switzerland's Occlutech Holding for 99.4 million euros ($118 million), the pharma company said, marking its entry into the advanced cardiovascular devices segment.

** ByteDance is in advanced talks to sell Shanghai Moonton Technology, the studio behind the popular mobile game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, to Saudi Arabia's Savvy Games Group in a deal valued at between $6 billion and $7 billion, sources said.

** Activist investor Independent Franchise Partners has taken a stake in Universal Music Group  and owned 3.01% of the world's biggest music label as of Monday, a filing by Dutch financial watchdog showed.

** Norway's Elkem  said it has agreed to sell the majority of its Silicones division to its biggest owner, China's Bluestar, and that the Chinese company would cease to be a shareholder in the Norwegian group following the transaction.

**  Japan's Sumitomo Forestry <1911.T> agreed to acquire U.S. homebuilder Tri Pointe Homes  for $47.00 per share in cash, valuing the deal at about $4.5 billion, the companies said.

** Britain's Schroders  is being taken over by U.S. asset manager Nuveen for 9.9 billion pounds ($13.5 billion), in one of Europe's largest ever fund manager deals that spells the end of independence for the 222-year old London firm.
