April 9(Reuters) - Sun-Wa Technos Corp  8137.T 
    
    * Says it will issue new shares at the paid-in price of
1,460.60
yen per share, to raise 1.93 billion yen in total, and will
distribute treasury stock at the paid-in price of 1,460.60 yen
per share, to raise 845.7 million yen in total in its treasury
stock distribution, through public offering 
    * Says subscription period from April 10 to April 11 and
payment
date on April 16 for the offering
    * Says it will issue new shares at the paid-in price of
1,460.60
yen per share through private placement to raise up to 416.3
million yen in total
    * Says the subscription date on May 15 and payment date on
May 16
