    ** Co says it has signed an memorandum of understanding
(MoU) with South Korea's SungEel HiTech  365340.KQ  and joint
development agreement including an investment
    ** Adds, MOU is expected to strengthen supply chain of
battery materials between Korea and Australia
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday percentage gain since
Feb. 23
    ** Stock down 10% YTD
