Mizuho Gulf Capital Partners and Gulf Japan 1, on Feb. 9 
    * Says they will mainly cooperate on Japanese rice market 
development in the Middle East region  
    * Says it will issue 420,000 shares to Gulf Japan 1, at the 
price 
of 2,571 yen per share, and raise 1.08 billion yen in total 
    * Payment date on March 5  
    * Says Gulf Japan 1 will acquire 228,000 shares of the 
company 
    * Says Gulf Japan 1 will raise stake in the company to 10 
percent
