** Shares in the Swedish eyewear company Synsam SYNSAM.ST
drop 12% after a discounted block trade
** Theia Holdings, a company indirectly majority owned by
CVC Fund V, which before the transaction held 55.95% of all
shares outstanding in Synsam, sold 21 million shares at the
price of SEK 52 per share, constituting a 12.6% discount
** According to the company website, CVC Capital
Partners held 83.9 million shares as of Jan. 29
** The bookrunner said the sale was oversubscribed multiple
times
** Synsam share closed at SEK 59.5 in Tuesday trading
