2025 Annual Report and Accounts

 

Synthomer plc (the "Company") has today published and submitted the annual
report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 for publication to the
National Storage Mechanism in accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1.

 

This document will shortly be available for inspection in unedited full text

The annual report and accounts are also available to view on the Company's

The Company expects to publish the notice of annual general meeting 2026 and
related documents in due course, in advance of the shareholder meeting which
will take place on 22 June 2026.
