** Shares of the Australian gold and nickel explorer
 TMB.AX  jump as much as 14.3% to A$0.160 in their biggest
intraday pct gain since Aug. 11 
    ** Co says it has been granted two new exploration licences
at the Russian Jack Project in Western Australia's East Pilbara

    ** Shares hit their highest since Aug. 26, up 3.2% so far
this week 
    ** More than 248,700 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average of ~68,715 shares  
    ** Stock down 44% this year, as of last close, vs an 8.1%
decline in the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index  .AXJO
