** Stock touches its highest level since April 27, 2023

** Mineral explorer says it acquires two projects in Papua New Guinea from Exploration & Management Consultants and Metal Mining PNG

** The two projects are the East Normanby gold project on Normanby Island and the Kol Mountain copper-gold project on New Britain Island

** Stock flat this year, as of last close
