Tasty (AIM: TAST), the owner and operator of restaurants in the casual dining sector, announces that its Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 December 2018 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been published and are available to download from the Company's website at www.dimt.co.uk. Hardcopies of the Annual Report and Notice of AGM are available on request.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 4 June 2019 at 32 Charlotte Street, London, W1T 2NQ.
