    * Says it plans to transfer 50.40 percent stake in Toho
Titanium
Co Ltd  5727.T  and 36.84 percent stake in Tatsuta Electric Wire
and cable Co Ltd  5809.T  to the company's wholly owned
subsidiary JX Nippon Mining & Metals Corp
    * Transaction amount is 47.29 billion yen in total
    * JX Nippon Mining & Metals Corp will be the top shareholder
of
the two firms after transaction
