    * Says it will issue new shares via public offering, with
the
issue price of 1,163 yen per share (2.02 billion yen in total)
and paid-in price of 1,096.34 yen per share  (1.91 billion yen
in total)  
    * Says it will issue new shares via private placement, with
the
paid-in price of 1,096.34 yen per share (up to 285.9 million yen
