Dec 4(Reuters) - Taiwan Cement Corp  1101.TW  
    * Says its wholly owned renewable resources subsidiary will 
merge 
with the company's 92.9 percent-owned subsidiary  
    * Says the renewable resources subsidiary will acquire 
entire 38.7 
million shares of the 92.9 percent-owned subsidiary at the price 
of T$39 per share  
    * Says the 92.9 percent-owned subsidiary will be dissolved 
after 
the merger 
    * Record date on Jan. 1, 2018
