Japan's TechnoPro falls after co says to issue new shares

** TechnoPro Holdings  6028.T , which is engaged in the
technician dispatch and contracting business, slides as much as
12 pct to 6,000 yen, lowest since Feb. 19
    ** Co says it plans to issue new shares via overseas
offering, with issue price of 6,439 yen per share (12.88 billion
yen in total) and paid-in price of 6,165 yen per share (12.33
billion yen in total)
    ** As of the previous close, the stock had risen 11.93
percent so far this year 
    ** Co has outperformed the Tokyo SE TOPIX Services Stock
Price Index sector  .ISVCS.T  by 8.1 percentage points in the
past one month
    ** The main NIKKEI 225 stock index  .N225  has fallen 2.16
percent in the past month 
    ** As of 04:28 GMT, about 710.60 thousand shares of the
Tokyo-based company have been traded, about 383.9 percent of
their 30-day moving average of 185.10 thousand shares a day
