** The mineral explorer to raise A$2.5 million ($1.81 million) via placement at an issue price of A$0.004 per share
** Issue price at a premium of 33.3% to the stock's last closing price on September 4, before the company went on a trading halt 
** YTD, stock down 22.2%, including the session's moves
