Brief: Tex Year Industries to issue new shares for investment in China Mainland and plants building

Oct 28 (Reuters) - Tex Year Industries  4720.TW : 
     
    * Says it will issue 7.5 million new shares of its common 
stock with par value of T$10 per share and tentative issue price 
at T$13.6 per share for investment in China Mainland and plants 
building 
    * Says 15 percent of the new shares to be offered to the 
company's employees, 10 percent of the new shares to be offered 
through public offering, remaining 75 percent to be offered to 
the existing shareholders
