French and Benelux stocks-Factors to watch

Feb 17 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

ADP ADP.PA:    French airport operator Aeroports de Paris reported January Paris airport traffic of 7.8 million passengers, up 3.5 percent, while group traffic reached 29.5 million passengers, up 5.0 percent.

EIFFAGE FOUG.PA:    French construction and concessions company Eiffage is strengthening its presence in Germany with the acquisition of the assets of Claus Heinemann Elektroanlagen, with the transaction expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.

FIGEAC AERO FGA.PA : French aerospace subcontractor Figeac Aero signed a new agreement with Safran Aircraft Engines for a component of the M88 engine.

GTT GTT.PA:    French engineering company Gaztransport et Technigaz received an order from Jiangnan Shipyard for the tank design of four new LNG carriers, with vessel delivery expected between the third quarter of 2028 and the fourth quarter of 2029.

THEON INTERNATIONAL THEON.AS:    Defense technology company Theon International reported Q4 revenue of 164.2 million euros and full-year order intake of 1.31 billion euros, setting a 2026 revenue target between 570 million and 600 million euros while anticipating it will achieve its 1 billion euros revenue target ahead of the original 2030 projection.

VICAT VCTP.PA:    French cement maker Vicat reported full-year 2025 EBITDA of 771 million euros with sales of 3,854 million euros, and announced a proposed dividend of 2.0 euros per share while forecasting slight growth in sales and EBITDA on a like-for-like basis for 2026.

VOLTALIA VLTSA.PA:    French renewable energy company Voltalia announced the signingof a turnkey engineering, procurement and construction contract for the ESB Wexford Hub project, a 124.2-megawatt solar power plant.
