French and Benelux stocks-Factors to watch

July 28 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

BENETEAU SA CHBE.PA: The French boat manufacturer reported second-quarter revenue of €282.7 million ($321.8 million), up 4% at constant currency, but said the prolonged Middle East conflict has resulted in a marked contraction in order intake since March.

GTT GTT.PA: Gaztransport et Technigaz has receivedan order from its partner China Chengda Engineering Co., Ltd for the design of an ethane full-containment membrane tank in Ningbo, with delivery scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.

LVMH LVMH.PA: The luxury giant reported second-quarter sales of €19.5 billion, up 3% year-on-year, driven by 6% growth in the United States which offset weaker spending in Europe and the Gulf due to the Iran war.

REXEL RXL.PA: The electrical equipment maker raised its 2026 outlookto same-day sales growth of around 5% and adjusted core profit margin of at least 6.2%.

SAINT-GOBAIN SGOB.PA: The construction group has completed the acquisition of Phu My Innovative Materials (PMIM) in Vietnam and entered into an agreement to acquire AGC's majority stake in AGC Polymer Materials in Japan.

THEON INTERNATIONAL PLC THEON.AS:
The Cyprus-based night vision gear maker reported second-quarter revenue of €128.6 million and adjusted EBIT of €36.1 million, and reiterated its full-year 2026 guidance and medium-term targets.
