* Says it will set up a joint ventures (JV) in
JiangsuChina, with Shanghai Sanaru Company Limited, in May
* Says this JV will be engaged in manufacture and sales of
die-casting machine
* Says the company will hold a 51 percent stake and Shanghai
Sanaru will hold a 49 percent stake in the JV
* Previous plan was disclosed on Dec. 26, 2016
