Jan 30 (Reuters) - ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES LTD  IMOS.O : 
 * Signed loi to cooperate on development of new equipment and process 
   automation with Tokyo Seimitsu Co Ltd at co's Tainan fab 
 * Says under the agreement, accretech will be responsible for the equipment
