Jan 15 (Reuters) - Top Spring International Holdings Ltd  3688.HK : 
 * Discloseable transaction disposal of an additional 7.855% equity interest in 
Shanghai Fengdan 
 * Deal for consideration of RMB274.9 million 
 * Purchaser will pay the consideration for the Shanghai Fengdan equity interest 
in cash 
 * Shenzhen Szitic entered 2016 equity transfer agreement with Shanghai Sunac Ruifeng 
 * Will record an unaudited gain (before tax) of hk$105.7 million from the disposal 
 * Sale proceeds from disposal are estimated to be approximately hk$127.3mln 
 * Intends to apply proceeds for funding group's new investment and/or repayment of existing borrowings
