 * Haijixing Investment entered into the land surrender agreement 1 with the Jinghai Land Bureau and the Land Centre 
 * Jinjun Investment entered into land surrender agreement 3 with the Jinghai Land Bureau and the land centre 
 * Haijixing construction entered into the land surrender agreement 2 with the Jinghai Land Bureau and the land centre 
 * Expects co will incur loss from surrender of land of approximately hk$26.8 million (before tax and expenses) (subject to audit)
