   third party, entered into the sale and purchase agreement 
 * Sale and purchase agreement with Shanghai litian, mr tong, and tangren 
   investment, all independent third parties 
 * Deal for the consideration of RMB885 million 
 * Top spring international - RMB752.8 million will be paid by Top Spring 
   dingfeng in cash funded by a combination of internal resources and borrowings
