Director/PDMR Shareholding - Replacement
The following amendments have been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 6 October 2026 at 13.21 under RNS No 8390X.
The announcement should also have disclosed that, on 30 September 2026, Lyden Jones purchased a further 3,377 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 69.5 pence per ordinary share. Mr Jones has therefore purchased an aggregate of 15,910 ordinary shares and is now interested in 525,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 6.63 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
All other details remain unchanged.

Touchstar plc (AIM: TST), a supplier securing the logistics of people and product to a variety of industrial sectors, announces that it has been informed that on 30 September 2026, Lynden Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 15,910 shares in the Company in tranches at a prices of 68, 69 and 69.5 pence per share.
Following these purchases Mr Jones holds 525,000 shares in the Company representing approximately 6.63 per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital.
