AIM Rule 17 - historic disclosure details

 

Transense Technologies plc (AIM: TRT), the provider of specialist sensor
systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Allenby Capital Limited as
the Company's Nominated Adviser and sole Broker with effect from today.

 

 

AIM Rule 17 - historic disclosures

 

Additional disclosures pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies in
relation to directors have been identified that had previously been omitted in
error. These are as follows:

 

Melvyn Segal was a non-executive director of Bodafose Limited and IL
Realisations Limited until his resignation in March 2008. On 16 January 2009,
both companies entered into administration, before being dissolved on 15
September 2009 and 21 November 2010 respectively. In addition, Melvyn Segal
was a non-executive director of Glenville Limited from July 2007 to May 2008.
Glenville Limited entered into administration on 16 January 2009 before it was
dissolved on 13 April 2010.

 

Rodney Westhead was a director of ACTA SpA, an Italian company, when it was
placed under court protection and a receiver appointed in 2015. In addition,
Rodney Westhead was a director of Carter & Carter Group plc and certain of
its subsidiary companies, listed below, which entered into administration in
March 2008 and which he resigned from as a director in July 2008:
