Transense Technologies plc, the provider of specialist sensor systems, was notified today that Nigel Rogers, Executive Chairman of Transense, has purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 65.65 pence per Ordinary Share.
 
Following this purchase, Mr. Rogers holds 100,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.61% of the Company
