Director/PDMR shareholding - acquisition of shares
 
Transense Technologies plc, the provider of specialist sensor systems, has been notified that the wife of Nigel Rogers, Executive Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 53p per share.  Accordingly, Nigel Rogers' total beneficial shareholding in the Company has increased to 150,000 ordinary shares, which represents 0.92 per cent. of the issued share capital.
