("Transense" or the "Company")

Directorate and Management changes

Transense Technologies plc, the developer of specialist sensor systems, today
announces the following board and management changes.

Board changes

Nick Hopkins, Chief Operating Officer, has agreed terms with the Company by
which he will step down as a director with immediate effect, and will leave
the Company on 30 April 2023 following a period of garden leave. Since
joining Transense in April 2020, Nick has managed the transition of the
Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) from a science-led technology developer into a
commercially driven business unit. He has fulfilled an important role in
building engineering and operational capabilities and preparing the
organisation for growth.

Ryan Maughan, Business Development Director, will expand his current role
increasing his time commitment to Transense from 7 to 12 working days per
month. This will enable him to deliver further success in the expansion and
conversion of the sales pipeline. He will also take responsibility for the
leadership of Translogik, the tyre monitoring equipment segment, where he will
work closely with the Translogik Commercial director, Rob Carlaw.

Ryan will continue to report to Nigel Rogers (Executive Chairman).

Management changes

Andy Bullock has made a significant contribution to the business since he
joined Transense in July 2022 as Technical Director. He will now expand his
current responsibilities to include day-to-day management of all operational
aspects of the business as Technical and Operations Director (non-Board), also
reporting to Nigel Rogers (Executive Chairman).

Finally, Paul Vickery (Commercial and Operations Director) who has been with
Transense for 19 years, will also leave the business with immediate effect by
way of redundancy.

Nigel Rogers, Executive Chairman, said:

"I would like to thank Nick for his commitment and professionalism in placing
our SAW business segment on a great platform for future success and wish him
well for the future, and likewise I would like to thank Paul for his many
years of commitment to Transense. Our management team will continue to focus
all our attention on the delivery of long term commercial partnerships from
amongst the many exciting opportunities that are in hand."
