The Company announces that David Kleeman, the Deputy Chairman of the Company, will be retiring from the Board as Non-Executive Director with effect from 31 December 2014.

David joined the Board in December 2007 as Non-executive Chairman and served as Chairman until October 2013 when he decided to step down and become the Deputy Chairman.

The Chairman of the Company, David Ford said, "The Company is very grateful to David for all of his hard work and valuable contributions to the Company over the last seven years. He has been a very effective Chairman and Non-Executive Director and his presence will be sorely missed. We all wish him well in his retirement."

David Kleeman said, "I am pleased to have overseen the development of Transense into a company with an impressive range of products which are attracting keen interest from an wide range of significant potential customers worldwide. I have been at the Company for 7 years and feel that now is an appropriate time for me to retire. I wish the Company every success in the future."
