Transense Technologies plc, the provider of specialist sensor systems,
announces that the total number of voting rights in respect of each class of
share in issue and admitted to trading on AIM at the date of this announcement
is as follows:

As at the date of this announcement the Company held 434,000 Ordinary shares
in Treasury.
The voting rights figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.

· SAW , patent protected Surface Acoustic Wave sensor technology that
provides real time measurement of torque, temperature, pressure and strain,
that is used to improve efficiency, performance and safety of propulsion

· Translogik , smart, connected commercial vehicle tyre inspection
equipment, used by vehicle fleets to more easily gather and maintain accurate
tyre safety and condition data; and
· iTrack , a tyre pressure monitoring system for off-highway

largest tyre producer, under a ten-year deal.
Target market sectors include automotive, aerospace and industrial machinery.
