Transense Technologies plc (AIM:TRT), the provider of specialist sensing solutions and measurement systems, has been notified that yesterday, 3 March 2025, Ryan Maughan, Managing Director, purchased 4,640 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 128.95 pence per share.

Accordingly, Ryan Maughan's total beneficial shareholding in the Company has increased to 79,611 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.52% of the Company's current voting rights.

In addition, Transense earns residual royalty income from Bridgestone iTrack - a tyre monitoring system for off-highway vehicles that was developed by Translogik. The associated sales, support and development infrastructure were sold to Bridgestone Corporation, the world's largest tyre producer, in June 2020, and the intellectual property was licensed exclusively to Bridgestone under a ten-year deal expiring in 2030.
