* Says it plans to set up a human resourcing JV with a
Ishikawa Ken-based consulting company
* Says the JV will be capitalized at 30 million yen and the
company and the consulting company will hold a 66.7 percent and
a 33.3 percent stake in the JV respectively
* Says the JV will be established on Oct. 19 and business
will start on Feb. 1, 2018
