Russia's Unipro shareholders have not decided on 2025 dividends
Russia's Unipro shareholders have not decided on 2025 dividends MOSCOW, June 16 (Reuters) - Russian power company Unipro UPRO.MM said on Tuesday its shareholders did not make a decision on dividends for 2025.
• In May, the board had recommended not paying dividends for 2025.
• The annual general meeting of shareholders was held on June 9.
• A majority of participants did not participate in the vote on the issue of profit distribution.
• The last time the company paid dividends was for the nine months of 2021.
• Russia's Unipro, in which Germany's Uniper holds an 83.7% stake, was put under temporary administration by Moscow in 2023, effectively stripping its owner of control.
