Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Vector Capital Plc (AIM: VCAP), the commercial lending group that offers
secured loans primarily to businesses located in the United Kingdom, today
announces that it has appointed Gordon Robinson to its Board of Directors as
an Independent Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect.
Gordon joins the Vector Board with a career of more than 35 years in banking,
including extensive experience in real estate finance and commercial lending.
His experience and expertise ranges from lending to SMEs through to FTSE
listed companies, both in the UK and abroad.
Gordon's career commenced with Nat West Bank in the 1980's and since then,
through a variety of positions, he has set up and run successful lending
operations from inception, held senior front-line positions with lenders and
served on credit committees. He has extensive experience in both development
and investment finance and has held senior positions with BANIF Bank, United
Trust Bank and BLG. Gordon is currently a consultant to a Debt Advisory
Business specialising in Real Estate Finance. He brings a great deal of
highly valuable industry experience and business acumen to Vector.
