Profile Summary

Vector Capital PLC is a United Kingdom-based commercial lending company. The Company offers secured loans primarily to businesses located in the United Kingdom. Its loans issued are secured, typically by a charge against land or property, and usually this will be a first charge. Its customers typically borrow for general working capital purposes, bridging ahead of refinancing, land development and property acquisition. It provides 12-month term loans with fixed interest rates of between 11 and 14 per cent. Its products include development finance, bridging finance, commercial mortgages and business finance. The Company's subsidiaries include Vector Business Finance Limited (VBFL) and Vector Asset Finance Limited (VAFL).
