Vector Capital (AIM:VCAP), the commercial lending group that offers secured
loans primarily to businesses located in the United Kingdom, is pleased to
announce, further to the announcement on 5 September 2023 of the half year
results for the period ended 30 June 2023, further details of the interim
dividend of 1.00p per share.

 

 Dividend:          1.00 pence/share
 Ex-Dividend Date:  14 September 2023
 Record Date:       15 September 2023
