AIM Rule 17 Schedule 2 (G) Update

 

 

Vector Capital plc (AIM: VCAP), a commercial lending group that offers secured
loans primarily to businesses located in the United Kingdom, announces that
the following information is being disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule
2, Paragraph (G) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

 

Robin Stevens, Non-Executive Chairman of Vector Capital, was appointed as a
non-executive director of East Imperial PLC ("East Imperial") on 10 November
2023. On 31 July 2024, East Imperial announced that it intended to appoint
liquidators and to cancel its listing on the Equity Shares category of the
Official List.
