Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an
update to the announcement made on 31 March 2026, please note Vistry Group
PLC's capital consists of 318,612,514 Ordinary 50p shares.

The change from 319,173,138 Ordinary 50p shares on 31 March 2026 is due to the
cancellation of 560,624 shares as part of the Company's share buyback
programme.

Vistry Group PLC holds 618,105 shares in Treasury. The change from 803,625
shares on 31 March 2026 is due to the transfer of 185,520 Treasury shares to
satisfy the exercise of share options.

Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 317,994,409. This
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
