** Shares of Volt Resources Ltd  VRC.AX  jump as much as
9.4% to A$0.029, on track for best day since Oct. 14
    ** Graphite producer says it executed memorandum of
understanding (MoU) to supply graphite to United States-based
lithium-ion battery cell developer 24M Technologies Inc

    ** Says under MoU, 24M will use co's graphite for anode
and/or cathode for 24M's semisolid lithium-ion battery
manufacturing platform
    ** Stock has fallen 5.4% this year, as of last close
