Profile Summary
Volt Resources Limited is an Australia-based minerals and battery material company. The Company is focused on the exploration and development of its wholly owned graphite and gold projects in Tanzania and Guinea, as well as its 70% interest in the Zavalievsky Graphite business in Ukraine. It acquired three license applications that are considered prospective for lithium-borate mineralization. The license applications are in respect of a total area of approximately 291 square kilometers (km2), located in Serbia and are west and south-west of the Serbian capital, Belgrade. The Bunyu Graphite Project is located near to critical infrastructure with sealed roads running through the project area and ready access to the deep-water port of Mtwara, over 140 km from the Project. The Guinea Gold Projects consist of three projects named Kouroussa, Mandiana, and Konsolon, covering an area of 388km2 in the mineralized Birimian Greenstone Belt in Guinea, West Africa.
