Australia's Volt Resources rises on graphite product supply deal

** Shares of Volt Resources Ltd  VRC.AX  rise as much as
18.2% to A$0.013 - set for best day since March 3, if current
gains hold 
    ** Graphite developer signs binding offtake agreement with
Graphex Michigan 1 LLC, a unit of battery material producer 
Graphex Group Ltd 
    ** Says agreement for the sale of 10,000 tonnes of fine
flake graphite product annually from its Bunyu project in
Tanzania
    ** VRC shares hit their highest since March 7 
    ** About 10.2 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average trading volume of 4.8 mln shares 
    ** Stock down 26.7% YTD, as of last close
